This piece is so special to me! It was part of a series exploring the fleeting beauty of cloudscapes. I took this reference image myself, as the title suggests, during a drive down US-1 at 3;25 in the afternoon. It is so powerful and beautiful to me that I get to document a moment that nobody else saw the way I did, and that I get to preserve a snapshot the beauty of an ever-changing sky.
